Welcome to the vendor portal login page for the private residential program hosted by Bargain Birdy.
To access the portal and submit your tender application, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the verification link sent to you either via e-mail or WhatsApp or use the vendor portal login details below provided by your program administrator.
2. Enter your login credentials, which should include a vendor username and password. If this is your first time logging in, you will be requested to set your own password.
3. Once you’ve entered your credentials, click on the “Login” button to access the vendor portal.
Once you’re logged in, please follow the instructions provided to submit your tender application for the private residential program. Please note that the submission process may involve uploading documents and providing detailed information about your company and proposed services such as details of your exclusive offer or presentation as well a valid copy of your Business Registration Certificate.
If you have any issues accessing the portal or submitting your tender application, please contact your program administrator responsible for your offer submission for assistance.

Note: There are no guarantees on the outcome of your application which is subject to committee approval. Any alteration of your application once submitted is strictly not permitted. Applications may take up to a maximum of 7 working days to process. This application is not a legal document and should not be treated as such, in case of any disputes the applicant surrenders all rights to a final decision. There are no fees associated with applying. Any failed applications cannot be resubmitted immediately and only accepted after a cooling period of 9 months from the date of application. A valid BR copy may be required upon request.
